FAIS Reference labs founded in Bourbonnais, IL in 2024 with a mission to provide high quality urinary presumptive, quantitative, toxicology and serology laboratory tests. Our mission is to be the laboratory provider of choice for small and large clinics, Urgent Care Centers, hospitals, Behavioral and Substance Abuse facilities, Correctional facilities and the general population that may require pre-employment testing and quantitative results.  FAIS Reference labs have partnered with Lighthouse Lab Services and Beacon LIS EMR to provide state of the art validated LCMS, chemistry and serology (blood) analyzers to assure safe and accurate results. We offer a large menu of urinary drug, toxicology and serology testing to meet any facilities immediate and long-term strategic goals whether local or multi-state. We will provide a courier to retrieve the serology or urine sample and produce results within 48 hours. Each facility will have remote access to reports by use of a secure EMR allowing easy access to laboratory results for counseling, HR, employee and clinical management.
